No one knows when an emergency will happen. The last thing you want is to have a medical emergency out in the woods without a camping first aid kit. That is why the Boy Scout motto of always “be prepared” is appropriate. The kit should have all the medications needed of everyone in your camping party. It should also have medicines of common ailments like a headache, toothache and stomach problems.
Camping in the woods or the mountains is fun. Unfortunately, being out in the woods can be dangerous if you don’t know what you are doing. In any expedition, a camping first aid kit is a must. At the worse of cases, it can save lives. At the least, it can give you peace of mind.
