small cooler bag

Breast milk is the best milk we can give our babies, especially from birth to 6 months. Unfortunately, a woman can find it hard to continue breastfeeding once she returns back to work. Some offices are still not abreast to women’s or mothers’ needs and do not have a breastfeeding room or area available. It takes discipline and hard work to continue breastfeeding.
A mother must pump regularly every 2 to 3 hours to avoid breast engorgement and to maintain and increase milk supply. Breast milk must be kept chilled to avoid easy spoilage. This can be done by stocking it in a small cooler bag filled with ice packs. Once home, the milk can then be transferred to the fridge to be consumed within 24 hours or in the freezer for later consumption.
